1 initial coaching session (60 minutes)  with your food diary and lifestyle analysis.

4 follow up coaching sessions (60 minutes) and their individualised reports.

A big event is coming up! You want to look absolutely fantastic and wow everyone on the Big day!

This package is designed for a period of 4 months at least.

1 initial coaching session (60 minutes) with your food diary and lifestyle analysis.

4 follow up coaching sessions (60 minutes) and their individualised reports.

A full body workout program, based on your fitness levels.
